Eatery 'Snooze is quickly becoming one of my favorite breakfast spots. I've never personally been to Snooze but I have heard only good things so far, and I usually frequent brunch every Sunday around CSprings. Eatery has updated their hours, takeout & delivery options. Now I knew Snooze was in Denver but I actually didn't know that they had a bunch of locations, like California, Arizona, and Texas. Snooze an AM Eatery is opening another location, this time at 7587 N. From the menu to their company practices, they have totally reinvented breakfast its the usual fare. Their Quinoa Porridge offers fit fans a delicious blend of oats and quinoa, seasonal berries and bananas, walnuts, whipped mascarpone and a sweet serving of blackberry maple syrup drizzled on top. Snooze takes your same old porridge or Continental breakfast and turns it into a tastebud sensation. When looking to go a lighter route, especially now with that summer body in motion, check out the Light as a Feather section on the menu. We've found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they're best when flipped, so we're always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side.
Native Knowledge: The name of this dish came to fruition because the only words out of people’s mouths after the first bite was a resounding “OMG”.
